      Pros

      Friendly employees, decent rates, and been around a long time.

      Cons

      The IT department is terrible. Things never work when they're supposed to. No one ever held responsible even though they affect our livelihood. Management gets a bad reputation but seem to try to be fair if you do the same.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
