      The schedule is 8am-5pm Mon-Fri so having weekends off is a plus. Ability to work remote depending on your job duty.

      Cons

      Lots of changes constantly happening and job security isn't a guarantee. No matter how many years you put into this place you can be let go. just do your job and be productive and friendly to your drivers

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
