      Interesting work, challenging with varied pace

      Cons

      Can be extremely stressful, 14-16 an hour is not nearly what you produce for the company, not nearly enough to compensate the care, skill, and knowledge required to do the job, raises and bonuses are not enough to make it worth investing more time than to learn the basics

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
