      Great staff to work with. Choose your loads, run when and where you want.

      Cons

      Brokers who work with Mercer do not have drivers in mind when they book loads. Posting loads that no one should take because of the low low rates.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
