      No weekends or mandatory overtime, discount on health insurance with a wellness program

      Cons

      Many changes in rules, bonuses are no longer obtainable, training (the lack there of), no advancement after coordinating unless you go into management.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
