      Pros

      It’s an office job with normal days off. Lunch is provided a couple times a month. benefiets are also pretty good

      Cons

      EXTREAMLY mentally draining. Normally 4-8 months of training till you get your set of drivers. Then there’s 45+ drivers to constantly manage. Almost 0 chance to move up because it’s hard to find replacement coordinators.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
