      Great company to lease on to. Seamless on board process.

      Cons

      I don’t have any issues with Mercer. The current spot rate market that all O/O truck drivers are dealing with can be frustrating. Not Mercer’s fault. The market is the market.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
