      I have a great coordinator

      The keep taking more out of our loads and provide less services. We use to get prepass. Now we pay the same price for our data package, but have to provide our own prepass. High level of incompetence in the office. If we had a question they would find someone who had the answer. Now no one knows anything.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
