      Decent and knowledgable safety department

      Cons

      Lots of shell games when it comes to getting loads. Lots of manipulation to insure the favorites are offered first. Cheap re brokered garbage loads. Brokers will look out for favorites first. They play to many games.

      People Support Pay Benefits Work From home on occasion

      Cons

      Changes to bonus, made it almost impossible to reach, this effected pay significantly. From hitting bonuses each month to hardly very rarely reaching. Drivers & Agents complaints effected you as a person. There word against yours always and caused burn out always getting questioned and defending why choices were made. From free hour lunch, changed to working lunches with drivers.
