Job easy to learn. The only people with pros are whites and Hispanics.

DO NOT WORK AT THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE BLACK-COMPANY 95% HISPANIC Blunt racism-Want high accuracy rate on orders even with long hours. Day shift is mostly Hispanic and whites and are treated with respect and mercy like adults. Blacks are treated like children with no mercy.They treat black as if they can't make any mistakes on orders but shows mercy on Hispanics and whites. No process or system for handling errors- Just intimidation, fear and threats of losing job. I never say whites and hispanc workers errors treated this way. PEAK SEASON Allowed Hispanics and whites to go home early before 12 hour shifts started but the blacks on 2nd shift were made to work 12 hour shifts weeks before whites and Hispanics started 12 hour peak season. Blacks said they could not even look at cell phone while hispanics and whites had phones out open looking at pictures texting.....Blacks could be fired for same thing. Hispanics took 30 minutes on every 15 minute break and no one said anything or watched what time they returned. When blacks were returning from 15 min breaks and lunch management was standing in area watching for anyone late.. BLUNT RACISM - DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK.
