Pros

Great products, great customer call points, great coworkers.

Cons

Management is management by intimidation. They do not trust the sales force and view sales as the enemy. They have knee jerk reactions to issues. Turnover rate is astronomical. Everything I was told at the interview process was a lie. No money, huge territories so overnights all the time, unrealistic call metrics. Don't plan on having a personal life.

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
