Pros
Camaraderie with other sales reps stuck in this miserable company (we should form a club or support group); Products are decent for the right niche; Slightly better income than collecting unemployment; I think the saying goes, "That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger"
Cons
The cons are fairly well covered by the negative reviews already posted - and yes, it really was that bad. Needless to say, the current management is terrified of reps talking to one another and getting ideas. The pay is terrible, the sales culture is based on fear, the expectations (no office days, constant phone calls, 80%+ travel, huge territories, etc) are unrealistic and a work/life balance is completely out of the question unless you believe in a 100% work/0% life ratio.
