Great faculty, Nice newly remodeled campus, Dedicated staff, great curriculum, and the college itself is great to work at and be a part of.

Cons

Turnover rate at an all-time high, a lot of leadership turnover, budget cuts, but many colleges are currently experiencing these same issues.
