Steady company with lots of accounts, good training, weekends off, no micro management, on the rare occasion a bonus, easy work

Cons

it's not a career, it's a job, lots of family favoritism and politics to the point it's border line toxic, no raises, no career advancement, mismatched job titles, payroll is a mess which causes a lot of employees to become angry, work most holidays

Consistent hours Not much oversight Not required to get into dangerous situations Work 4 days then get 3 days off which is as good but you work nights

Cons

EXTREMELY BORING no upward movement in the company You work by yourself and aren’t allowed to talk to anyone or sit Late hours, typically 2PM to 11PM so it’s hardly to have a life outside of work. I tried to transfer to a new location when I moved and the manager I worked with tried to get me in contact with the manager in the new location and she has my information and she still hasn’t reached out. I’m now forced to find a different job but I never liked the job anyways. I cried before many shifts because it was that miserable. Good company, bad job.
