Pros
Steady income, most of the truck drivers that I interact with on a daily basis are nice and friendly. Good job for those who just got there security license
Cons
The pay sucks. Management is horrible and they treat there "employees" like carp. No life and work balance they will work you to death. Home depot sees how we get treated and so they want to get rid of Metro-One and just hire us to work directly for them. You get no benefits and you work with a lot of two face people and if somebody submits a complaint to the company and it happened on one of the days that you worked they'll just tell you that there's a investigation going on but won't tell you why until it's over and they won't tell you there's a investigation going on until you show up for work and management will have one of your co-workers tell you to go home instead of them which is not your co-workers job to do
