Pros
Great products, well known in the industry, Tech Support really trying to support field sales and customers.
Cons
Technical training is essential due to the complexity of the automated chemistry systems but VERY little training is given to the field sales reps. It is learn on the job, sink-or-swim. Responsibilities are on overload including manning shows, sales meetings, travel, quoting complex systems, data entry on customer info, installations, user training, and on-site service. Parts are often missing, wrong parts are sent to rep, and lack of support from Area Managers. It is a big blame game by Management. They ignore their own short comings.
