Pros
- Getting to work alongside good people who care about doing what's right for all stakeholders, internal and external.
- Working in a clean and comfortable environment with nice amenities like the espresso machine and large personal workstations.
- Management has been truly empathetic and open to suggestions and letting me branch out into other areas of work especially management of the production floor.
- Cross-functional collaboration has so far been effective and I have been included without having to advocate for myself (not feeling silo-ed).
- The culture is amazing for work/life balance and management seems highly accommodating to lifestyle and neurodivergency. A great place for shy people like myself to feel comfortable.
This is the best job and best job environment I have of all my previous jobs and internships. I came from a tech/corporate remote-to-hybrid consulting environment and I much prefer this style of in-person work. I cannot heap enough praise onto production floor management and staff at the Plainsboro location.
Cons
- Procedures, process flows, and data have been disorganized. I see this more as a challenge where I can make improvements, but it can be frustrating at times.
- I have basically no exposure to upper management and haven't been at the company long so I cant comment on their effectiveness or decision-making outcomes yet.
