      - Beautiful location - Painted picture of solid future - Great communication when merger first happened

      Cons

      - Underpaid for work performed - Did not reimburse for entire year at correct state mandated mileage reimbursement - Multiple complaints from employees to HR team regarding incorrect pay met with zero response

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
