      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Decent vacation time, if you get a chance to take it.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic. Zero loyalty to employees. Surviving employees act like a cult for fear of being terminated. Once they want to eliminate you, there is zero chance to defend yourself. Constant rotation of new managers with zero experience replacing experienced staff. Promises of equity never materialize. Senior executives are closed off and do not want advice from workers.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
