      Very hard to think of any.

      Cons

      Top tier work expected at 13hr before tax , rarely get good days with tips. Schedule never fixed never on point!

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
