      Pros

      I liked the work I was doing, 2 close collegues

      Cons

      Never received a raise over my ~2 years, overworked for the low hourly pay, stress on managers trickled down to their employees. Challenged my unemployment when I was laid off due to my "role being eliminated." Not a great way to leave a job.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
