      Lots to do, can get experience.

      Cons

      Everyone is in a bad mood. Nobody seems very happy. They dont take care of us. Care about safety stats, not real safety. Dont fix real problems, keep people from the doctor. Lots of turnover in leadership because they won't take care of you. Used up, then out. No accountability so employees dont follow the rules.
