Pros
Benefits are ok. Pay scale increase after a while of working there, to keep up with other companies. Coworkers for the most part are good to work with. Steady work, for the most part. Good pay checks from 12 hr days.
Cons
12 hr shift can be get to you after a while and burn you out. Hard on the body, never enough time for your body to heal up. A lot of the time am going to work sore and tired from previous days of work. Lack of communication between English and Spanish speaking people.
