      Meeting new members They get you the tools you need Sometimes it will be easy You can listen to music

      Cons

      They will not tell you what's is going wrong. They will still your tools and not giving it back. They will call you when you have the day off. They won't listen to what you say. If you get hurt They will blame it on you.
