Unrealistic expectations, management has no training or background to train or develop consultants, and don't expect to remember names. Those peers will be gone before you know it. Similar to 3 strikes and you're out. Here its 3 months and your cut. This place isn't has insane as new york. That's where it's lit. They want to hire good people out of college but management dont realize that they're not helping anyone succeed by forcing unrealistic expectations and intolerable working conditions.
