Pros
It has been a little while since I worked at Michael Page International, but I can say that it was overall and experience that I would not change. The quality of the people they hire is always top notch. The screening in thorough and they don't make any promises that are not real possibilities. It is a good place to learn true management responsibility if you have not had the chance before. They also provide you with good tools to get your work done and are not scared to take chances on your ideas. It was, for most of the time I was there a great place to work.
Cons
I will say first that most of the downsides about working at MPI are spelled out in your interview process. There is very little work life balance. Set hours are 8 am to 7 pm and you are expected to come in earlier and leave later until you are making the company some money. Towards the end, the environment deteriorated due to a change in upper management and the bonds that made it a great place to work eroded to the point that senior high producers were leaving in droves.
