Pros
A really good place to work for young graduates and people with experience who want to move away a bit from the "corporate" environment (at least this was true under the former management. Quick initial learning curve and the chance to proof oneself in the field. Big billers are rewarded through a good bonus scheme (or so newcomers are told - however when compared to industry averages, Michael Page fares not so well). If you are tired of the big offices of this world and would like to escape to a place where the motto "work hard, play hard" is applied on a daily basis, this might just be the place for you.
Cons
To summarize just a few - inability of senior management to open up towards new ideas, excessive consumption of alcohol in and out of the office (and to make matters worse, people who do not attend these events are actually pulled up for this "lack of corporate spirit), constant lying to employees by their managers about promotion opportunities and bonus payments and the overall lack of an ability to communicate important information to the workforce.
