Clear career track, fun company culture most of the time, great sales training, promote quickly, bonus structure, great people working there, good attitudes all around, looks great on a resume, great perks including their high flyers program and a lot of PTO, growing diversity, it was a great experience in most ways
Cons
You are required to lie to candidates, oftentimes you are looking for commercial information rather than helping them get a job. A lot of time this info is used in ways that directly hurt the candidate. With that being said, if I were a candidate I would still work with Michael Page, just WOULD NOT tell them where I’m interviewing, and especially not who interviewed me. One thing people need to understand is they do not get paid by the candidates, so they do not work for them. That is completely fine and understandable, but the dishonesty was very off putting. The salary was also very low with the experience I had, but is good for someone just starting out who wants a career path.
