The behaviors described in this review are inconsistent with our core values and the culture that I have witnessed during my tenure with Michael Page. If leaders in our business have behaved in this manner in the past I am confident that those individuals are either no longer with the business, or they will have received substantial training to realign with our expectations. With respect to use of the word “product,” I agree that it’s inappropriate. If it was used in the past, I take pride in knowing that our current employees understand that our mission is not to ‘push product,’ rather it’s changing lives for people through creating opportunity to reach their potential.
