Solid company financials, headed for growth. Trying to promote women and minorities.

Cons

Underhanded human resources personnel. Promotion philosphy borders on discriminatory practices of others. HR Dept. promotes lying about the reasons one was not promoted. Does not treat professoinals with due respect if you're not in the HR Click.

Managers of this company are so off base with the people and the job. They have no clue how the production works . Favoritism is the main word here. The good Ole boys club .They say they hire within that is complete lies unless you are in the good Ole boys club . They ask for feedback all the time but never act or change anything ..
