      Pros

      Solid company financials, headed for growth. Trying to promote women and minorities.

      Cons

      Underhanded human resources personnel. Promotion philosphy borders on discriminatory practices of others. HR Dept. promotes lying about the reasons one was not promoted. Does not treat professoinals with due respect if you're not in the HR Click.

      Pay is ok! Love telling people about a great product!

      Cons

      No compensation as promised for travel. No signs of bonuses promised! Administrative time should be worth more then hourly pay. Tables purchased are to low. Contact with rep is not as it should be.
