Pros
I currently work as a demo rep for Milo's Tea Comp. and I absolutely love what I do! I get to meet new people everyday, promote a product that I fully stand behind, believe in and basically be the face of brand awareness to the consumer. It is a rather independent job. By saying that I do not mean that my Area Manager all the way to corporate headquarters (HR, Payroll etc.) have been nothing short of supportive and amazing. They really encourage and support the foot work us product demonstrators are doing! The pay is very fair in my area and so far I have had no issue's that couldn't be quickly remedied and were. I enjoy engaging with the customer's, being outgoing and telling the Milo's story. The job is very flexible and there is always room to grow if you work hard enough! I would highly recommend this job to anyone who wants to work hard for a family owned, family oriented business and feel good about what they are selling/promoting at the end of the day!!
Cons
So far I have had a pleasant experience with Milo's as a company. I would hope for some kind of small gas expense/mileage in the future. They do cover all other work related expenses though.
