Pros

We work hard, but are rewarded for it. We have many company celebrations and excellent benefits including free medical insurance, paid bonuses, free on site personal trainer workouts, volunteer time off and of course, a free gallon of Milo's daily!

Cons

It can be difficult to keep up with our quick growth some days.

Good people to work beside. Pay.

Managers of this company are so off base with the people and the job. They have no clue how the production works . Favoritism is the main word here. The good Ole boys club .They say they hire within that is complete lies unless you are in the good Ole boys club . They ask for feedback all the time but never act or change anything .. No Matter What Pump Out The Tea
