Pros

The people at Milo's are fantastic. They were some of the hardest working and friendliest people I've ever worked with. The company is also growing at a very fast rate which makes working there exciting. The culture is pretty good and only getting better. Milo's is working really hard to put people first and it shows.

Good people to work beside. Pay.

Managers of this company are so off base with the people and the job. They have no clue how the production works . Favoritism is the main word here. The good Ole boys club .They say they hire within that is complete lies unless you are in the good Ole boys club . They ask for feedback all the time but never act or change anything .. No Matter What Pump Out The Tea
