Very strong product platform strategy and experienced product leadership. Great colleagues — smart, collaborative, low-ego. Enormous opportunity ahead; meaningful problems with real scale.

      Cons

      Hypergrowth means priorities can shift quickly; ambiguity isn’t for everyone. Distributed teams/time zones require intentional communication. The talent bar is high; pace and expectations can feel intense. Some processes are still maturing as the company scales.
