      - Great Pay - In office lunch every day - People are nice

      Cons

      - I’ve never seen a company create such create so many processes, owners, and complex solutions around otherwise very simple problems. In every sense. - The culture is very odd. A lot of the staff is Russian, with American SLTs. It’s so awkward sometimes.
