Pros
- the product is amazing and the teams put so much love and work in it to make it even more special every day - great culture, very open-minded, everyone is positive and supportive, lots of different people make it very exciting to work here - low hierachy, management is great, always involved with transparent communication - everyone gives 100% which creates a very motivating atmosphere - feedback is always welcome and appreciated
Cons
- as it is normal for a fast-growing company there are often days where the workload and pressure is quite heavy - it is a fast-pacing environment so you have to love it :)
