      - Nice product that customers love to use - A lot of talented and experienced people - Great benefits - Cultural diversity - The best onboarding process I've ever had

      - Monolithic architecture and quite a lot of legacy code (as at the beginning of 2021) - Working across time zones might be challenging when you need to collaborate with engineers from other hubs
