Pros
* Company culture: friendly, inclusive, they show they care for their employees * Colleagues: so many people from different backgrounds, I've been working here just for a month and I have learned so much from everybody * Benefits and perks * Projects: you have the chance to get involved in projects outside your direct set or responsibilities
Cons
* Fully remote for the time being but an office space is being sorted I don't really have any negative feedback so far, I feel everybody has been really helpful during this first month, everything that was promised during the interview process has been delivered and even the virtual onboarding which I was a bit scared of was done amazingly.
