Pros
Working on exciting things- Every day there is something exciting and fun to work on. The people - We don't have everything figured out yet, but there are no aholes here (at least I haven't ran into any yet) to slow things down. Everyone works hard together to get the job done.
Cons
Everything is not figured out and it moves fast- You could be working 24 hours a day if you chose to, there is that much to do, but there's good WLB, you choose what you can work on, and your team supports you. Decision making - Like the above, there's a lot going on, and you don't always get the answers you need fast enough from the leaders. No bonuses - The compensation and bonus structure is lacking compared to other FANG companies.
