      Pros

      A nice company that has been very flexible with the whole covid situation. At the workplace I find myself surrounded with nice and genuine people in a friendly atmosphere. It is very international and it is nice to have a work where your colleagues can also be your friends. Bonus that i like my job and daily work tasks as well.

      Cons

      Not so much, really. They go above and beyond for their employees.

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
