      Pros

      Miro is scaling, FAST. The people are smart, driven, and a delight to work with. I have worked for 5 tech companies, and Miro is by far the best. They drink their own kool-aid, we use Miro for everything. The product actually WORKS, customers love it. Can't recommend working for Miro enough.

      Cons

      Due to Miro scaling, sales needs a lot more resources. Changing accounts too frequently has been an issue, as well as the fairness of the books across reps.

      good company culture, nice office space, flexible time off

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
