Autonomy in your day-to-day, ability to influence your scope of work and make an impact with your expertise. From day 1 your input and feedback is appreciated and I have noticed that in general everyone in the company is not only open to feedback but actively soliciting it. Everything to improve the business and the product, which is a great mindset to have.
Cons
Can be quite overwhelming at the start with a ton of information coming your way, so that can feel a bit daunting. Staying the course and focusing on what matters most (#impact) is the best advice to give here.
