      - Amazing culture - very open and empathetic team in the CS org - Fast growth - tons of opportunities for career advancement! - Really fun and dynamic product to work with - our customers love the product :)

      Cons

      - Lacking in processes - the CS org is still rather immature and needs more structure around processes like escalations and feature request management - Honestly the pros far outweigh the cons in my opinion!
