Pros
The company culture here is incredible, despite the explosive hiring! The interview process is long but thorough, and the onboarding period is the best I have ever experienced. They place a strong emphasis on internal mobility as well as employee referrals. Great benefits, pay and a lot of "start up" perks even as a large company. Leadership is transparent, and they are constantly soliciting feedback to improve the employee experience.
Cons
Growing pains are expected with such a massive expansion over the last few years, but from the top down they are open to suggestions and consistently improve regardless of your position or tenure.
