      Pros

      Strong investment in culture, great employee base, good health insurance options, very nice offices and lunches are provided when in office.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough investment or buy in from leadership on DE&I, leadership is disorganized and not transparent, annoyingly strong on employee’s coming into the office, lack educational resources for employees professional growth. Recruiters really low ball with promises of equity.

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
