Pros

As a leader in their category, Miro is staying ahead of the competition and setting ambitious targets for future growth. As a result, the company remains very innovative and fast moving, often feeling more like a startup than growth stage company. I've also enjoyed how diverse the company is particularly with the heavy presence in Europe that breaks away from the standard Bay Area vibes.

Cons

By being so fast moving, there are still some processes missing and operational gaps, but I anticipate they will be solved over time. Miro also grew so quickly that there are some lasting growing pains that also take time to resolve. Fortunately, there are several people across multiple teams focused on solving these issues.
