      Pros

      Great culture, transparent comms, good leadership, and very smart people. The hiring bar is really high and you feel empowered from the first day you join Miro.

      Cons

      The past couple of years have been quite crucial for Miro as it's going from small to solid scale-up so you have to have a hands-on mindset and be able to deal with change.
