      Pros

      - Love the people I work with. Many are smart and put in their effort to make Miro a great place to work. - Good benefits for employees, including private insurance, pension match and nice allotment of vacation days. - Fantastic product. Miro seems to be loved by many customers.

      Cons

      - Hiring process can be long and hard to understand the finalizing date. - UK benefits could be improved compared to other offices. - Hard to keep up with all the internal communication as the company is growing a lot and has a ton of noise.

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
