We understand and appreciate your concerns regarding the changes within the sales department and the broader organization. To ensure transparency and clarify our strategic objectives, we shared our long-term strategy and OKRs with the sales teams at the start of the year.
Moreover, we've recently undergone significant transformations within our Sales organizations to better align with our three-year vision and objectives. These adjustments are aimed at enhancing our ability to meet the changing needs of our customers. By fostering improved alignment with territories and customers, we aim to cultivate long-term relationships that benefit both parties.
Regarding your concerns about growth opportunities, we want to highlight that data from last year reveals that nearly 200 members of our GTM team transitioned into new roles throughout the organization. We recognize that growth isn't always confined to vertical advancement, and we're committed to providing diverse opportunities for professional development and career progression.
